Customer Agreement

UnivaHost provides cPanel / Plesk hosting, Linux / Windows hosting, email services, domain registration, reseller hosting, VPS hosting, Cloud hosting and dedicated servers. All customers should agree on all terms and conditions stated prior to their signing up for any of the hosting plans and services mentioned on UnivaHost. You shall agree to use only licensed and legal third party software in connection with your use of our services. UnivaHost reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer’s access to any or all services provided, at any time, or when UnivaHost decides that the account has been inappropriately used or otherwise.

Upon termination or expiry of this agreement, we may delete all of your data from any of our web hosting servers.

Free Domain Conditions

We provide our hosting package with free domain first year but next year not free include domain charge with first year price + domain fee

Price Change

The amount you pay for hosting will never increase from the date of purchase. We reserve the right to change prices listed on UnivaHost.com, and the right to increase the amount of resources given to plans at any time.

Payment Terms

1. All hosting payments are paid in advance and are 7 days refundable if you face any issue we will refund.
2. We reserve the right to change our rate or service charges.
3. Services invoices overdue for more than 2 days will result in the immediate Suspend Your services
4. Payment terms are strictly 14 days following the invoice.
5. Any Refund Balance 5% Gatwaya Charge.
6. Hosting invoices overdue for more than 45 days will result in the immediate suspension and possible termination of the hosting services.
7. A late payment fee of 10% of the invoiced amount will apply to overdue accounts older than 10 days and Minimum late fee $2.00
8. We reserve the right to charge a reconnection fee after suspension of hosting services.
